- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Exceed customer expectations by providing personalized financial solutions and product recommendations

- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relationship managers
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with 100% accuracy

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
