Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards, savings accounts)
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain $50k+ cash drawer with 99.9% accuracy
- Lead onboarding of new clients and account openings
- Train junior tellers on compliance procedures
- Participate in quarterly branch audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years of cash handling experience
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Proficiency in Fiserv core banking systems
- Exceptional customer service metrics (NPS 40+)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays 9am-1pm)
- Spanish bilingual certification a plus
- BS in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- Zero compliance violations in previous role
