Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations through team collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours (including Saturdays)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (for branch errands)
