Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with night deposits and ATM maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office software and banking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and fingerprint clearance required
