Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and assist with digital banking tools
- Uphold strict cash handling procedures and security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain organized transaction records and daily reconciliation
- Support branch operations through vault duties and ATM servicing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
- Pass background check and credit verification
