Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial guidance and problem-solving
- Balance cash drawers and maintain meticulous transaction records daily
- Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere strictly to security protocols, compliance regulations, and anti-fraud procedures
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and vault services
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (Regulation CC, BSA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit verification
