- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking solutions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service targets
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer relationships
- Stay updated on banking regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and regulations
