Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and compliance regulations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve service issues
- Support branch operations by preparing documentation and reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking systems
