Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver outstanding customer service while identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch initiatives to enhance digital banking adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and financial systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
