- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Provide personalized financial solutions through product cross-selling
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to bank security protocols and regulatory requirements
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
