Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Open new accounts and assist customers with online/mobile banking features
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in busy settings
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations a plus
