Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, opening accounts, and recommending appropriate banking products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Uphold strict security protocols and fraud prevention procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and cross-service goals
- Assist with ATM maintenance and branch operational tasks
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
