Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and security
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance procedures
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and basic computer systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
- Pass background check and credit verification
