Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build trust through proactive customer service and personalized financial guidance
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for KYC, AML, and security procedures
- Resolve inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers daily
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
