Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll, including garnishments, bonuses, and commissions
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and PA state payroll regulations
- Manage year-end processes including W-2/1099 distribution and reconciliations
- Develop and implement payroll system enhancements and process improvements
- Act as primary contact for payroll inquiries and audits
- Collaborate with HR and Finance on compensation analysis and reporting
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state tax laws and wage regulations
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
