Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash balances and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Assist with lobby operations, including answering phone inquiries and directing visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed.
