Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently for all customer accounts.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service by resolving account inquiries and product questions.
- Cross-sell banking products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and teller line area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank software.
