- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions to maintain accuracy
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations through documentation and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
