- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation records
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Actively promote bank services through cross-selling initiatives
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced financial environment
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
