Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products
- Balance cash drawer and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Operate multi-function teller terminals and digital banking platforms
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits and security procedures
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Collaborate with commercial banking team on business account solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or financial services
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid California Notary Public Commission (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Federally required background check clearance
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
