- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, coding, and approvals.
- Manage and maintain vendor profiles and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks preferred).
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
