Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable workflow using our ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment schedules and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Finance is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
