Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and report preparation
- Organize and file financial documents securely
- Support tax preparation by compiling necessary documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding basic financial inquiries
- Adhere to GAAP principles and company confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
