Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and bookkeeping tasks for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and send out invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and ledgers.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior accounting experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
