Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement analysis.
- Process and manage payroll processing to ensure accurate weekly disbursements.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Provide financial data analysis and insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional certification.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex) is a major plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-friendly office environment.
