Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare basic financial reports and maintain general ledgers.
- Support the finance team during the monthly close process.
- Organize and file financial documents and records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software.
