Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment in a timely manner.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable ledgers, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
