Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize invoice processing using Oracle and SAP systems
- Coordinate with procurement teams to resolve payment issues
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Maintain strict compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record in high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Oracle or SAP certification preferred
