Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, compliance, and proper coding.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Manage the full payment cycle, including check runs, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes by preparing necessary supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of direct experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
