Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Perform data entry with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
