Responsibilities
- Manage and process all weekend financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and post adjusting journal entries for the weekend period.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Conduct audits of financial documents and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage).
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
