Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage expense reports and reconcile accounts using SAP/Oracle systems
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships
- Perform month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AP workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- AP certification (CAPP) a plus
