Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct variance analysis to ensure budget compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
- Process payroll entries and ensure tax compliance.
- Streamline accounting procedures and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
