Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage payment processing cycles including ACH/wire transfers
- Collaborate with procurement teams on invoice verification
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data management
- Generate weekly AP reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a weekend shift environment
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
