Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Execute weekend check runs and electronic payments with precision
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional financial operations
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Support month-end closing activities during weekend shifts
- Implement process improvements for weekend AP workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
