Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data through bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP.
- Collaborate with management to assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
