Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit payments via wire, ACH, and checks.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Manage vendor master data and maintain accurate digital filing systems.
- Respond promptly to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payments.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
