Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within strict deadlines
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage expense reports and ensure policy compliance

- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment records
- Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
