Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization before processing.
- Process payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update the general ledger accounts and AP sub-ledger.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Assist in month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
