Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices
- Reconcile statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Generate weekly/monthly AP reports for leadership
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Attention to detail with error prevention focus
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Experience with high-volume processing systems
