Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile GL accounts and resolve payment discrepancies nightly
- Coordinate with international teams across multiple time zones
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Support month-end closing procedures during off-hours
- Train on AP automation tools and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle Financials
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excel certification or advanced spreadsheet skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
