Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoice accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and terms, before processing payments.
- Process invoices via ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Resolve vendor inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and outstanding balances promptly.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and aging summaries.
- Manage the accounts payable workflow, ensuring all deadlines are met during month-end close.
- Assist with audits and internal control documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
