Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including data entry and payment execution.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and communicate effectively with external vendors.
- Assist with month-end close activities and prepare necessary supporting schedules.
- Review expense reports and ensure proper coding and authorization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
