Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Enter vendor data into the accounting system (QuickBooks/SAP) with high precision.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate any discrepancies or errors.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in the month-end close process and financial reporting preparation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
