Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries
- Support audits by organizing financial documentation and schedules
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting department
- Adhere to GAAP principles and internal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
