Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to maintain fiscal integrity.
- Assist with the preparation of annual tax returns and tax planning strategies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting processes and forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience (CPA preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and auditing principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
