Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and payments accurately and timely to ensure vendor satisfaction.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify account balances.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices and vendor statements.
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly payments via ACH and wire transfer.
- Maintain and update the general ledger and AP sub-ledger records.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Experience working in weekend or shift-based roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
