Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports within SLAs
- Reconcile POs and receipts against invoices using SAP
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documents
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
