Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice approvals and vendor payments within 24-hour turnaround
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger entries
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow discounts
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Implement daily pay processing for eligible employees
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements
- Train team members on AP automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with daily pay systems
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and purchase order verification
- Proven ability to process 500+ invoices monthly
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
