Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments within 24-hour turnaround
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment cycles for international and domestic vendors
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on invoice discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and Oracle systems
- Support month-end closing processes for AP reconciliation
- Optimize payment processing workflows to reduce costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with 10-key typing proficiency
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with international payment processing and currency conversions
